Privacy

Your files are your work.

This policy explains how Fragmo handles information in the macOS app and on fragmo.app.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Overview

Fragmo does not require you to create a Fragmo account. The current version is designed to work with files you choose on your Mac and does not operate a Fragmo cloud service for storing your document contents.

Files and document contents

Fragmo accesses files only when you choose to open them or otherwise provide access through macOS. The app uses those files to display source material, create your Collection, build an editable draft, and export the result.

Fragmo does not sell your document contents or use them for advertising.

Accounts and personal information

Fragmo does not require an account, username, or password. If you contact support, the information you choose to include in your message is used to respond to your request.

Diagnostics from Apple

Depending on your macOS and App Store privacy settings, Apple may provide developers with crash reports or diagnostic information through App Store Connect. Any such information is handled through Apple’s systems and is used to understand and improve app reliability.

Website

fragmo.app is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Like most web hosting providers, Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, request metadata, and security information. Fragmo does not use the website to upload or store the documents you open in the app.

Data sales and advertising

Fragmo does not sell personal information. The app does not use your document contents for targeted advertising.

Changes to this policy

If Fragmo’s data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe the new behavior and the date above will be revised.
